Issam Messaoudi is a former youth player of FC Bayern Munich and a certified football manager with over 20 years of experience in the international football landscape.
His career includes coaching, scouting, and consulting across Europe, North America, and Asia – with a strong focus on player development, coach placement, football projects, and professional staffing.
With a background in sports science and deep operational insight into both grassroots and elite structures, Issam combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership.
He has advised clubs, academies, and individuals on career planning, recruitment, international transfers, and the setup of football ventures across borders.
NewAgeFootball is built upon his global network and professional credibility – strengthened by close cooperation with legal advisors to ensure compliant and reliable placements.
